Make sure you bring plenty of tipping money unless you are booking an all inclusive show. Our entertainers appreciate tips being distributed throughout the show, and they also sell a wide variety of party tricks throughout.
We do parties in private homes, hotel, rooms, event centers, or any other place you can imagine. When a party in the forest? In a shop? On a houseboat? Coconuts entertainers will go just about anywhere, so if you can dream it, we can do it.
Try to book your dancers as soon as possible! We need two weeks notice to ensure your entertainer choice is reserved.
Make sure when planning the arrival time for your entertainer that you allow enough time for everyone invited to show up, loosen up and catch up. Typically, two hours after the party started is a great time to have your dancer arrive. This time gap will ensure everybody is dialed in and ready to party!

If the party location is hard to find (Or if GPS doesn't provide accurate directions), ensure that your dancer will have no problem, finding it by giving precise directions to your Coconuts booking agent. Or, you can set up a rendezvous point to meet your dancer, such as a known landmark that is easily noticeable, near the party location.
Remember: Warn the neighbors about the fact that your party will be occurring at the booked time and date. This precaution spares the hassle of dealing with interruptions due to angry neighbors or the police department showing up in the middle of the show.
Please give your Coconuts booking agent a phone number that can be reached at the party location. This enables our dancers some assistant should they become lost trying to find the party location.
